Designs on sample colour patches
Download and print the Clothing Order Form.
List the product description (T-shirt, Sweatshirt, etc.), design code, colour, size and price for each item. The product pages show the designs and their code, colours and sizing available for each product. Total the cost of all of the items, then submit your order to the Registrar as noted on the order form.
